1. Who we are

RC Travels operates outstation, local and airport cab services from Nashik, Maharashtra. Booking a cab through this website or by phone means you accept these terms.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once RC Travels acknowledges it by phone, WhatsApp or email. Submitting the booking form creates a request; it does not by itself reserve a vehicle.

We ask for a name and a working mobile number because a driver and a vehicle number are shared on that number before pickup. A booking we cannot call back cannot be run.

3. Vehicles

Vehicles are booked by category, not by a specific car. "Maruti Dzire, Hyundai Aura or Honda Amaze" means a sedan of that class will be provided. The exact model depends on availability on the day and is not guaranteed.

4. Fares and what they include

The price quoted on this site includes the vehicle, the driver, driver allowance, night allowance where applicable, one pickup and one drop, and GST at 5%.

The following are not included and are payable by you, either directly or to the driver:

• Toll charges
• State permit and state tax
• Parking and airport entry charges
• Distance beyond the kilometres included in your quote, charged at the per-kilometre rate shown on the booking

5. How distance is charged

Distance is measured by road between the pickup, any stops, and the drop, using Google's routing data. Kilometres are billed as whole numbers.

• Single-day trips are charged on the distance actually travelled, subject to a minimum of 130 km for a one-way journey.
• Multi-day trips are charged on whichever is greater: the distance actually travelled, or 300 km per day of the trip.
• Certain fixed city pairs are sold at an agreed flat price regardless of the metered distance. Where a fixed price applies, the booking says so.

6. Reserve amount and payment

A reserve amount of ₹499 holds the booking. The balance is payable to RC Travels or to the driver as agreed at the time of confirmation. We will tell you which before the trip.

7. Waiting, changes and extra stops

Reasonable waiting time at pickup is included. Extended waiting, additional stops added on the day, or a change of destination may change the fare; the driver will tell you before the change is made.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation terms, including the free-cancellation window that applies to your vehicle, are set out in our Cancellation Policy.

9. Your responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time.
• Do not ask the driver to exceed speed limits or break traffic law.
• Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles.
• You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your party beyond normal use.
• Carry valid ID. Some checkposts and hotels require it.

10. Delays and events outside our control

We plan journeys with a sensible margin, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, protests, breakdowns or any other event outside our control. Where a vehicle fails, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as we can.

If you are travelling to catch a flight or a train, please allow proper margin and tell us at the time of booking.

11. Luggage

Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle and the number of passengers. Tell us at the time of booking if you are carrying more than normal so the right vehicle is sent.

12. Liability

Our vehicles are commercially registered and insured as required by law. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, missed appointments or consequential costs.

Personal belongings are your responsibility. Tell us immediately if something is left in a vehicle and we will do our best to recover it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you book is the one that applies to that booking.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra.
